                    Material commencements, i.e keeping permissions 'alive'

1.00pm         Consequences of not complying with conditions (and S73 applications?)

                    Consequences of not complying with approved plans (and non-material amendments etc.?)

2.45pm         Break

3.00pm         Is the development being undertaken authorised by the permission or not?

                    Enforcement options (BCNs, BCENs and ENs)

4.30pm         End of workshop
