Ivy Legal Ltd is unique in that we integrate a planning enforcement service with a first class legal advice to ensure effective enforcement.  We work predominantly with Local Planning Authorities in ad hoc enforcement cases where we issue enforcement notices, prepare for and conduct prosecutions, appeals, direct action and clearing backlogs. We also act for and advise private individuals and developers on planning enforcement matters where we do not have a conflict of interest.

This is a post suitable for candidates who have some professional experience and a demonstrable interest and aptitude to develop a career in town planning with particular focus on planning enforcement.

The successful candidate will have good written and interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing directly with the general public and planning offenders.

You will predominantly be home based or at our office in Central London but will be willing to travel where required.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience 

Location: predominantly home based with occasional travelling
